The Citadel functions for many aspects, the true name known to the Necrotean, Divine beings and creators.

 

 

The Citadel houses the most dangerous items forged from magics, divine, super science and long forgotten powers. Even some of the most offensive entities. There are dark items, meaning these items are of a darker nature. Death items created from the darkest of things touched by death and entropy. Divine items are brought and formed from divine beings. Enchanted items, infused with magics from many sources. Esoteric items are spiritual, higher planes and othyer dimensional sources. Forbidden items are items that are forbade from being made. These items are cataclysmic and ending items. Light items are from higher planes where light and purity are the nature of things. Omega level items are items and things that are the last thing to be and can be used to enact the omega phase of creation. Finally, items in the sorcery wing are human formed from mysticism from humanity or mortal planes.

 

Meeting places for various realms pantheons and higher being, even nether realms. Here there are two rules, they are enforced brutally by the Aerien Guard. Guards composed of angelic beings from the nether realms and higher planes. The Divine and Higher planes beings can't use the peace of the realm to their advantage and must remain nuetral in all proceedings. To meet here they must be soveriegn, meaning they must rule a realm. No death will occur here, Death itself has made this so and warded it for eternal life.

 

Armory of the Divine, the armory is a neutral place where they can store weapons. They can store weapons here for disposal or storage, even regain the items providing they are not placed in the Reliquary. Each pantheon has their own armory, no other pantheon can access the armory that is not theres.

 

Necrotean Guards protect the citadel, only one at a time. They conduct training and acolytes are interned to serve. The Forges given allow unfettered access, even when they are released from duty to and from thye Citadel.
